These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using this site and engaging in coaching services offered by Wellnex, Veronica Gherman (“Coach”). By accessing this website or purchasing coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Coaching Services
   Coaching is a partnership focused on personal development, growth, and aligned living. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. As the client, you take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
2. Eligibility
   You must be 18 years or older to access coaching services.
3. Payment & Refunds
   All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Coaching packages are non-refundable. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, credit toward future sessions may be considered at the Coach’s discretion.
4. Session Scheduling & Cancellation
   Sessions are scheduled in advance and must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
5. Confidentiality
   All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Client Responsibility
   The client understands that coaching is a collaborative process and agrees to show up with honesty, openness, and commitment. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your own dedication and action.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on this site, including materials, worksheets, and resources, is the intellectual property of Wellnex. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written consent.
8. Website Use
   You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site to engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in coaching or use of this website.
10. Changes to Terms
    The Coach reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly. Continued use of this site or services after changes constitutes your agreement.
11. Website Analytics
    Our Web servers collect general information that does not relate to specific individual visitors, such as the number of visits to this Web site, the number of pages viewed, and the domains from which people visit this Web site. This information is evaluated and used to improve this Web site.
12. Email Privacy
    Wellnex will not give, sell or otherwise transfer e-mail addresses obtained through this Web site to any other party for the purpose of enabling such other party to initiate, or to enable others to initiate, unsolicited commercial email messages to such addresses.
